Our program is completely funded by the hard work of our parents and boosters organization. They work throughout the year to raise funds so that our kids get the opportunity to do this awesome extracurricular activity. It is a big undertaking to raise the funds for costumes, sets, lighting, sound, music, choreography, charter bus transportation to the shows, entry fees, etc. Every year they need to raise about $50,000 to keep the St. C. Singers Show Choir competing. Keep up to date on all fundraisers by following The St. C. Singers facebook page. Thank you parents, families and local businesses! Programs: At the beginning of the school year we sell ads for our program to our families and local businesses. The rates are $25 for 1/4 page, $50 for 1/2 page, $100 for a full page. The programs will be distributed among thousands of people who come to various performances throughout our community. You may use on your own ad and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , or you may email pictures or a logo and a message of what you would like your ad to say and the layout will be designed for you. The deadline is October 15 for all ads. This allows time for the ads to be designed and placed into the program. When purchasing an ad please include the name of the student who asked you to support our musical program so that the student receives credit. All students are asked to sell two pages for the program to be successful.  Thank you!

Pancake Breakfast: Held on a Saturday in October at Applebee's in St. Clairsville. This event is staffed by the students-so come meet this years St. C. Singers who will be your "Celebrity Servers" for the event. Tickets are only $5 and include all you can eat Pancakes and beverages. Tickets will be available in advance from you favorite St. C. Singer. You can also contact one of the parent boosters. Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the event. All student members are asked to sell 10 tickets in advance. This will help ensure we have a successful event.

Spaghetti Dinner(s): The St. C. Singers hold two Spaghetti Dinners, one in the Fall (November), and one in the Winter (February). Join us for an evening of good food and community fellowship celebrating the talents of the St.C. Vocal Music Programs. It's dinner and entertainment for only $8! In the Fall the Spaghetti Dinner is served in the Middle/High School Cafetorium, and there will be continuous music in the Middle School Auditorium with performances by the Middle School Choir, High School Choir, Chamber Choir, Little Singers, Sweet Harmony and the St. C. Singers. The St. C. Singers will debut songs that will be part of this year's show. At the Winter Spaghetti Dinner Sweet Harmony performs in the Cafetorium while your having dinner and the St.C. Singers perform their fully perfected show in full costumes. Dinner includes spaghetti with sauce and a meatball, salad and dressing, beverage, bread & butter, and dessert! Take out is available! We have fabulous cooks & bakers in our organization, which makes for a can't miss Spaghetti dinner. Take a night off from cooking! All student members are asked to donate 2 dozen individually packaged cookies or baked goods. We need many parent volunteers to staff a successful Spaghetti Dinner. Royal Snowflake Ball: Held on a Friday in January from 6-8 pm in the Middle/High School Cafetorium.  Here ye, here ye! Calling all Elementary School Students (Pre-K-6th) and their families! Your are invited to attend our Royal Snowflake Family Ball! $20 at the door per immediate family. Reservation not necessary, but greatly appreciated for our preparations. A Prince & Princess will be crowned! Refreshments will be served including a Royal Candy Bar! You do not have be enrolled in St.C. Schools to attend. Open to everyone in Pre-K - 6th grade.
